The leadership team for the Iowa Energy Plan consists of Lt. Governor Reynolds, Iowa Partnership for Economic Progress (IPEP) members, Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) and Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) representatives.
To assist in the development of the plan IEDA and Iowa DOT have retained a consulting team lead by Inova Energy Group with specialized project support from Elevate Energy and TEConomy Partners, LLC.
